Is it safe to order products on-line with the ABoyd Company?
Look for the locked padlock symbol in the corner of your web browser. It means your information is protected. People worry about giving their personal information and credit card numbers on-line but really your information is safer on-line than in most face-to-face shopping situations.

It's safer because when you shop on-line, your credit card information is processed entirely by machines. That means there's less chance someone can steal your credit card number. Your information is sent to the credit card processing center in super encrypted code that's virtually impossible to break.

The key is to look for the padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your web browser. If that symbol is closed then everything you type into your browser is encrypted and safe from any hackers or credit card thieves.

What Methods of Payment do you accept?
In our online store we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure online shopping cart. Please provide us with the address where you receive the statement for your credit card in the “Billing Address” portion of our shopping cart. This helps us protect the security of your credit card information and prevent fraud.

Customers who wish to pay by Money Order, Check will need to contact us by email or phone with their name and address information and the items they wish to order. We will provide you with a numbered quote for your order which is good for 30 days. You can then mail in your check or money order referencing that number. We process Money Orders right away and wait seven days to ship orders paid by check so the check may clear the bank.

We no longer allow schools to use purchase orders. All orders must be accompanied by check, money order, or credit card information..

Do you ship Overseas, Canada, Mexico?
The ABoyd Company will ship to foreign addresses using only Global Express Mail. Global Express Mail offers reliable, affordable shipping to thousands of destinations in more than 190 countries/territories worldwide. Global Express Mail also offers electronic tracking to over 60 countries

When using our online shopping cart system, be aware that it will not calculate the shipping rate for foreign countries correctly. We will have to contact you by email after you order is entered to give you the proper shipping amount. Also, we do not offer service to countries not included in the Global Express Mail service area.

Customers are expected to pay all necessary customs and tariffs on their shipment with their local customs agent. The Aboyd Company will not under-state the value of your shipment or claim it as a gift in order to defraud the customs service of your country.
