So that we may maintain our low prices, we do ask that the customer pay shipping for returns or exchanges on toys or collectibles with imperfections in the cardboard or plastic packaging. We will provide you with a numbered quote for your order which is good for 30 days. You can then mail in your check or money order referencing that number. We process Money Orders right away and wait seven days to ship orders paid by check so the check may clear the bank. We do allow schools 30 day dating on their orders if they fax or mail us a copy of their purchase order. When do you charge my credit card?
We will charge your credit card when items are in stock and being prepared for shipment. We never charge credit cards in advance. If you order multiple items with some in stock and some on backorder, we only charge your credit card for the items that are in stock and being prepared for shipment.
